Terms of Use

Effective September 15, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using skiosite.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

Website purpose

This website provides general information about SkioSite, its web design and branding services, selected work, pricing, and project inquiry process. Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and may be changed, updated, or removed at any time.

Project inquiries and client agreements

Submitting a form, sending an email, requesting a proposal, or discussing a project does not by itself create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Any paid engagement is governed by the applicable written proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other signed client agreement. If a client agreement conflicts with these website Terms of Use regarding a paid project, the client agreement controls for that project.

Service information, pricing, and availability

Service descriptions, starting prices, introductory rates, estimated timelines, features, and examples shown on this website are informational and may change. Final scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, recurring charges, cancellation terms, and ownership rights are established in the applicable written client agreement or proposal.

Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about SkioSite or contacting the business. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information in a manner that disrupts the site, impersonate another person, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the SkioSite name, branding, website design, original text, interface elements, code presentation, graphics, and other original materials on this website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the website as intended. Client work, logos, trademarks, photography, software, fonts, and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Portfolio and third-party materials

Portfolio examples, client names, logos, screenshots, links, and other third-party materials may be displayed for identification, demonstration, or portfolio purposes. Ownership of third-party trademarks and materials remains with the applicable rights holders. A link to a third-party website does not mean SkioSite controls, operates, or is responsible for that website.

Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to services operated by third parties. SkioSite does not control third-party websites, platforms, hosting providers, form processors, content-delivery networks, or other external services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices.

No performance guarantees

SkioSite may build websites with performance, accessibility, responsive design, security, and search-engine best practices in mind, but does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, conversion rates, revenue, accessibility outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or the continued operation of third-party services.

Website disclaimer

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SkioSite makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness of website content for a particular purpose. Nothing on the website should be treated as legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkioSite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or third-party websites linked from it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of another party's rights through your use of the website.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

SkioSite may update these Terms of Use as the website, services, or business practices change. Revised terms become effective when posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
